Summary: What a great little place really close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with a nice pool and courtyard in the back. Would definitely return for another trip. The only problem was that our parking area was full of screws and I had to buy a new tire for my truck. The management company would not reimburse me more than 250 which was a shame. VRBO stepped up and covered it. It was a great little family trip with an unfortunate ending. But the property itself is wonderful.

Summary: The house was as the pictures showed. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has all the basics we needed. The kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer worked great and the grill was in good shape as well. They only give you little starter kits for the dish washer and laundry pods but the Publix is just one block away (super convenient). The pool was clean and we only saw a couple of other people there on our first day. Then we had it to ourself the rest of our stay. We did not expect to have a cart and two beach chairs to use so that was a nice little bonus. Beach access is only a couple of blocks away and it wasn’t too crowded in that area. The only recommendation for the house I would have is to install towel hooks/racks. There was no where to hang pool or shower towels. We really enjoyed our stay here!!!

Summary: The unit we stayed at was perfect for our little family of 3. The walk to the beach was only about 2-3 mins. The only thing that would have been better was if the unit had extra chairs or even offered an umbrella. The pool would have been better if it was cleaned daily rather than just 2 days a week. We did someone come by but they only tested the water, they did not clean it. My spouse cleaned it everyday when we used it. There was plenty of room outside and enough lounge chairs. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The unit was close to a grocery store. We enjoyed driving around the island and will be back next year.
